Exhibition of Artwork by Elko County High School Seniors & Elko County Art Club Scholarship

The annual Exhibition of Artwork by Elko County High School Seniors offers those who plan on furthering their education after graduating from High School, the opportunity to win a $1,000 scholarship to be applied to art classes and supplies. Elko County High School Seniors submit an application and artwork for exhibit and judging.

Scholarships are supported through the Rotating Art Exhibit, the Art in the Park Raffle and direct public support.

Art in the Park Vendors donate an item or items to the Raffle and the proceeds of raffle sales are added to the scholarship. When the community supports Art in the Park and the ECAC Raffle, the community is supporting the ECAC Scholarship.

In 1992, the Elko County Art Club Scholarship was created to honor recently passed Charlie Paul, the founder of Elko County Art Club. Today, the Scholarship continues honor the legacy of Charlie Paul and those members who have died yet have left an indelible mark on Elko County Art Club and arts in the Elko County community.
