Kathlyn Tipton recently moved to Elko from Carson City, Nevada, with her husband, Bruce.  She dedicated a long professional career to serving children and youth as a school or educational psychologist.  She then transitioned to self-publishing in 2015. 

Dissatisfied with the problem and pathology focus of her professional field, Kathlyn diversified her style and format to include inspirational and faith writing.   Incorporating her training and experience in human development, behavior, and wellbeing adds depth to the content.  With a lifespan love of outdoor recreation and nature photography under her belt, she always has vibrantly dynamic sources of inspiration nearby, as well as countless digital files overflowing with images to enhance her work.
